Description

Each member of our family is so different, like individual components of a symphony. But, like a symphony, each part is important to the overall structure and sound of the piece. We all work together to make a beautiful sound...our family. Just as the Lord knit us together in the womb, He is now knitting us together as a family, for His glory, outside the womb.

Date Day

Today was a very special day...Cadence/Mommy Date Day!  Last week, Cadence asked if we could have a date day, so of course, I was flattered and thrilled!  Of course we can!  ...

We started out by going to her gymnastics class.  I got to knit while I waited for Cadence.
Next, we went to the beauty school to get our hair (Cadence),
nails
and make-up done.

Ta-da!
From there, we headed over to "Princess Paradise", a costume store that one of the ladies at our church works at.  She was so generous and gave us a discount on this cute fairy costume.  She threw the Mini-mouse ears in for free!
Finally, we needed to re-fuel, so we went to McAlister's (one of my favorite deli's) for lunch.  Even princess fairies need to eat.
Brad, being the wonderful man that he is, watched Finn and Aria while Cadence and I were on our date.  He took them to the Poudre River to swim and picnic.  Such a good daddy!
Being a princess is hard work.
