He started the morning off by opening his presents. Not a bad way to start the day. Even his sisters got into the birthday mood and wore festive hats.
Next, we stole Brad from work for a few hours and went to Fort Fun!
The big slide was a big hit!
Cadence and Finn loved being speedy fast race car drivers. They were even passing other drivers. We were shocked that Cadence didn't get scared, but she was telling Brad to go faster. Kids surprise you everyday!
After a few laps around the track, we headed inside to play some arcade games.
From there, back outside to cool down in the bumper boats. Cadence did a great job steering her own boat and squirting the other people. Though, a couple teenage boys were in there and kept cornering Cadence and Finn. They handled it well and squirted back.
Finally, an activity that Aria could participate in, the bouncy house! So much fun to bounce around. Cadence and Finn enjoyed running into the sides of the house.
We ended by eating a small picnic lunch and then headed home for a well needed rest time and dropped Brad back off at work.
For dinner, we had pizza and cake. The perfect birthday combo!
We are so blessed to have such a fun and loving little boy! We love you Finn!
