Last night, I felt ambitious and made homemade raviolis with homemade ricotta cheese stuffing. Honestly, it's not that hard, just rolling the pasta out as flat as you can is time consuming and takes a little elbow grease. Maybe one day I will own a pasta roller. That would be fun!
